Jay is the type of leader that you count on when the pressure is on. A strategic thinker that works best under pressure, he keeps a watchful eye on the big picture and a tenacious attitude when it comes to problem solving. Not one to take himself too seriously, you can expect Jay to lighten the mood and make a difficult situation much more enjoyable.

Jay loves the variety of projects that come across his desk and he has kept pace with the changes in business systems, moving from his early days working with AS/400 and Novell systems, to today’s virtual environments that include; Citrix XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V, and OSX virtualization. Besides being the resident “Mac nerd” Jay also specializes in Citrix XenApp and Fortinet UTM appliances.

Throughout his career Jay has found success in project management, team building, and mobilizing volunteers within the context of non-profit organizations where he has spent a large part of his career. This experience proved to be invaluable when he joined the Vilece team in 2008. Jay’s personality only compliments Vilece’s foundation of outstanding customer service coupled with personal relationships with the businesses that they serve.
