Consulting
and support services are billed hourly based on the experience level
of the person providing the service. Our rates range from $100.00
to $250.00 per hour.
All
services are billed NET 15. Hardware and software orders must
be pre-paid via
company check or wire transfer.
The
following minimum charges apply:
Telephone
support - 15-minute minimum, 15-minute increments.
Stamford
to Hartford - Three hour minimum.
Greenwich
to New York City - Five hour minimum.
Longer
distances - Ten hour minimum per day plus reimbursement for
all travel and lodging.
