Larry
Romaine is an Associate Consultant and became Frank's first
full-time employee back in 1996. As well as his extensive
experience with computer networking, he has become known around
VCS as "The Phone Guy," establishing himself as
a specialist on the Lucent Technologies Partner Phone Systems.
